About Aga
Aga Jeanlouis is a multidisciplinary artist based in Boston, Massachusetts, with roots in Poland. She demonstrated a passion for various art forms, including painting, collaging, drawing, lino carving, and crafting, from a very young age.
Despite her artistic aspirations, Aga pursued a degree in accounting at UMass Boston. However, she didn't let go of her artistic pursuits entirely and continued to take painting and drawing classes at various institutions, including the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, UMass and MFA.
Aga draws her inspiration from everyday objects found in nature, fashion, and color compositions. Her preferred artistic mediums are acrylic and resin. She has established her studio in Stoughton, Massachusetts, where she creates vibrant and unique artwork. For Aga, painting is not only a creative outlet but also a meditative practice that allows her to express her emotions.
Some of Aga's commissioned work has had the opportunity to travel beyond her local community, reaching destinations like the United Kingdom and Poland.
